Each Hyperbased garment is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference-related reasons.
Defective or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
